  Zero stars... Ben the manager of the store made a mistake on my return address. They received my package and let it sit in their office for over a week. no phone call to me and no fixing the problem from the manager or owner. Critical thinking at this place is a 0. do yourself a favor and go to another ups

  Competent young employees 🙌 I'm sure applying for this job they had no idea they'd be constantly doing Amazon returns... with that said it's very refreshing seeing kind helpful young adults!!! I Had 5 stupid amazon returns & had to print some labels also there was 3 people in line ahead of me and They worked so fast and efficient it wss amazing I was in there 3 mins even with the line 🙌
