  I shipped a picture, asked the kid working behind the counter how to package it and he asked “does it have value to you” I responded with “it has value to person receiving it” he gave me an envelope with bubble wrap and assured me it would be okay. I also then paid for the insurance on the package. When the package arrived to its destination the buyer told me the glass was broken. I filed a claim, with the insurance, for $100, and they denied my claim. The kid who took my claim said the owner has the capability to override the “denial” and is refusing to. For a simple $100, even when I bought insurance. Just disgraceful. I called the owner and left a message and he ignored me and never called back

  I've been going to this UPS Store for years now and they've always been kind and polite and went out of their way to make the experience good for me. For example today I went down and dropped off a package and Cameron helped me he went the extra mile to make the package perfect and was polite and kind and helpful

  I have been trying to locate and pick up my package for over a week. Skye and Ben were so kind, patient, and helpful. Both times I visited the store it was super busy and they remained calm & friendly. They followed up like promised via phone and I able to pick up my package later that day.

  Zero stars... Ben the manager of the store made a mistake on my return address. They received my package and let it sit in their office for over a week. no phone call to me and no fixing the problem from the manager or owner. Critical thinking at this place is a 0. do yourself a favor and go to another ups
