  My husband and I recently visited the Subway in Superior while passing through town, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the start, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The employee assisting us was rude and dismissive and did not prepare our sandwiches according to our requests, instead making them her own way. During our visit, other customers were allowed to act inappropriately toward me, including being disrespectful and taking photos of me, and no action was taken to address it. I also noticed an issue with our order total, which appeared to include an extra charge of about $10. When my husband requested a receipt, the charge was quickly adjusted and an item that was never ordered was removed. We were considering dining in but after everything that happened we decided to take it to go. As a disabled individual, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable in an environment where basic courtesy and customer care should have been expected. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and I will be sharing our experience with family and friends. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made for future customers.

  Patrick, is super friendly and makes the experience even better! It's a great spot for a fast lunch or dinner when you're on the go.

  I came here with no special expectations to have my favorite tuna Subway, I ended up getting one of the Subway creations that blew my mind away, not only that, but also the manager and the whole crew were incredible, I could feel the positive energy and vibes in the atmosphere, and was very pleased with my visit. I plan on coming back. Most people are quick to leave a bad review with a bad experience, but often forget to leave a great one to places that deserve it! This location, unlike many others, is very much deserving of my time and effort as I write this for others to be encouraged to come and put their money where their taste buds are 😋 with a plus of the best experience from a healthy fast food franchise.

  I walked in and the stuff was super friendly and the place was really nice and clean. I didnt know what to order and the manager helped out with some recommendations. I felt taken care of and it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend coming to this Subway.
