  I ordered on the app. Got three of the 3.99 protein wraps. Turns out they are 3.99 everywhere but here. Here they are 5.99. And to make it worse, I request just one thing, add jalapeños, and of course they did not do this. There are signs up saying they don't honor other discounts/programs too. Avoid this place.

  Always a great sub at THIS location. I have no complaints and service is an 8.5 put of 10, but I always feel so rushed and like I'm bothering them a bit. I know it's fast food, and as an ex subway manager in several different locations, I understand there is a lot of work behind the scenes, so it can be a frustrating when trying to do so much. Honestly, theyre not rude or anything, but just feel as much as in theren a friendly hello or just a bit more personality would be nice. You DO have one young man who nails the customer service part. I was only served by him twice, and the second time was about 2 months after the first and he REMEMBERED me AND my order! Now that is top notch customer service and making me feel valued. Overall this is a great subway! And I'll keep going back.
