They have forgotten to put ranch in my order multiple times. This past order my wings barely had any seasoning on them, might as well have been plain and the ranch I did get was really watery.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Wingstop location. My daughter, who had recently undergone knee surgery and was on crutches with a brace, slipped and fell immediately upon entering due to the extremely greasy and slippery floors.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of care from staff. The manager saw what happened and did nothing—no concern, no help, no apology. The only people who assisted us were other customers.
I later filed a complaint, and after months of waiting, the only resolution offered was a refund for the meal. That response was not only delayed but completely inadequate.
This place clearly does not prioritize customer safety or care. I strongly recommend others think twice before coming here.
