  I normally do not write reviews, but my recent experience here was highly disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM to pick up an order that was scheduled to be ready. Upon entering, the two employees on shift were asleep in the dining area. Once awakened, only one of the employees began preparing my food while the other remained asleep. Because the single employee rushed to get the order done by himself, the chicken was served significantly undercooked. This is not an isolated incident, as I have previously received undercooked chicken with feathers still remaining on it from this location. I should have requested an immediate refund on-site upon seeing the staff sleeping, but I didn’t feel particularly confrontational today. This resulted in a $30 loss on completely inedible food. Do not eat here if you have any self respect.

  Ordered 10 Louisiana rubbed wings .. definitely not what I got. I think it was garlic but it hardly even tasted like that. They were wet and not crunchy. Also ordered 5 original hot. They were weirdly wet soggy skin that was hard to chew through. Seemed like leftovers. Fries weren't all the way cooked. Tea was absolutely terrible. They probably just add water to the old stale tea. To the point it's tea flavored water. Girl at the counter was friendly and quick to get my order for me. That's not enough reason to ever eat there again.

  Came in at 9:45, guy was rude and I guess they closed their register despite clearly being open until 1am? We'll go somewhere that wants our money.
