  I ordered delivery through their website, and when my food was delivered, one of the two flavors I ordered was incorrect. So I drove to the store to get my food fixed, and they replaced the part of my order that was already correct, so now I'm still stuck with one correct flavor and one incorrect flavor.

  I ordered wings and never got them. Tried calling the store over 6 TIMES! Never spoke to a person and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Paid $30 for NOTHING and can’t get a refund because no one will answer. Never ordering from Wingstop again!

  Haven't had Wingstop in literal years. Thought I would try it. I realized that this location and quite frankly, every single location is less than a 3 star rating, but I thought I would believe the best and give it a try anyway. Sometimes reviews don't paint a whole picture, and sometimes, they do. Now I know. People aren't lying. It's bad. It's not fresh. WAY too salty. I'm not going to be able to eat these. Won't do that again to myself.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed my order before the store closed, and Wingstop accepted the order. Instead of making an order they had already accepted, the store chose not to fulfill it. DoorDash ultimately had to cancel the order. If a restaurant is no longer willing or able to make orders that close to closing time, then they should stop accepting orders earlier. Accepting a customer’s order and then simply not making it is incredibly frustrating, especially when the customer is waiting and expecting their food. If you accept and confirm an order before closing, you should fulfill it. Horrible service.
