Great food and experience, however there was just ONE employee working (during lunch!) The guy did amazing taking orders,
cooking everything up, and somehow keeping the lobby clean completely alone. However whatever management thinks this is okay is absolutely ridiculous, and I’m certain the guy working does not make enough to put up with this, nor should this ever be the case in a restaurant and I am certain it is not allowed according to any wingstop SOP.

Tried to use the app to put in a big order almost 200 dollars worth and app wouldn’t let me tried 3 times now I have 3 pending orders on my card and tried to call was on the line for 30 minutes no answer so we went and and placed the order told them we didn’t need it for another 2 hours and we will pick it up when we went to pick it up they said they forgot about the order and the manager said he’d make it right and refund us the money and give us some coupons this was on a Saturday it’s currently t Tuesday and the order went through on my card and never received and coupons I’m just upset that they would lie like that we eat there a lot but not now
