I’ve never had an experience such as the one I encountered yesterday. Not only was I overcharged, my daughter and I sat in the lobby for almost an hour and NEVER received the food we purchased. We had been at the hospital visiting my father whom is terminally ill and hadnt eaten all day. We really wanted to get back to the hospital as quickly as possible. The patrons before us had to come back in as they were missing food items. Once I saw my name disappear from the waiting list, I walked up to the cashier and inquired about how and when did my food get picked up (we sat there the whole time waiting). They didn’t seem concerned one bit… Jaclynn had the audacity to have an attitude. They blow everything off as if they don’t have any customer service experience or care for others. I’d give them zero stars but that’s not an option. I’ll be sure to let my family and friends know to visit any other Wingstop but this one!!!
