  You ordered for pick up and when I got home, I realized they only gave me one bag. It’s not like the order had just gotten done. It had been waiting there. I went inside. She gave me one bag and I left. Sure, I could double checked, but I would’ve assumed she would’ve stopped me and told me to wait for the second bag to come out. I’ve been to this location multiple times They were really good at first, but the last few times I’ve ordered they have been pretty inconsistent.

  Awful ! Even after I went back to have them fixed it , they came out even worse. I got Louisiana rub and it was wet . My wings were so oily and nasty YUCK ! Not even edible . Wasted $30

  Aiden and Angelique were awesome! The store was busy due to the game and Aiden was super friendly and kept his cool. Shout out to the team for doing what they could during a busy dinner

  Rude customer service don't answer the phone kindly don't wear gloves when making food overall don't wear gloves when cutting vegetables sales days old fried chicken

  I rarely ever leave reviews on places but I felt this was deserving of one. I walked in to place a order and waited 10 minutes until someone finally came to the front. (I checked my location arrival time to compared and It was indeed 1:22-1:33 of a wait) The lady sitting in the back finally noticed me just to turn around and I watched her walk to the back of the store to get her 2 other coworkers that were screwing around outside to come in. (mind you with her phone in hand turned on) I watched them prepare my food with no gloves/hair nets on while the male worker and the first lady flirted and talked bad about her baby daddy. The workers did give me my meal for free but that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service or care provided. I understand fast food isn’t an ideal job but at least fake some sort of care. The owner clearly has no sympathy for changing his business whatsoever judging the amount of 1 star reviews in the past month alone. I would rather drive 30 minutes out to the wingstop on cornhusker where I know my meal is being prepped safely. Never going again. 🙄
