  I had to pickup a door dash last night and the guy with all the green on got me out of there pretty quickly and he had a pretty cool watch. 😆 The little girl with the blonde hair did a great job as well. The night before was a disaster mainly do to some of the customers that were being ignorant in the lobby. The store is getting better

  I like the service I got by guy with the dreads on the cash register today. It's pretty funny and made me laugh while I was waiting. The food was decent and the wait time was very low. Great store.

  This is the 3rd our 4th time that we have tried this location hoping it would get better and it has not. When they first opened we were very excited as we have been waiting for a location by our house instead of driving to 72nd st or 120th st. First few times were awesome! Great food and great service! The past couple times have been awful! We generally go to this location 2 or 3 times a month and definitely will not be back. They either forget wings or fries or something else in our order. Tonight was the last straw. Not only were our fries soggy and cold but we ordered a large ranch and were told they were out of containers and that the put the same amount of the large ranch in cups in our bag. When we got home. There were 4 small cups of ranch which is NOT the same as a large. This seems like a small thing but after having multiple horrible experiences we will not be back! Calling in doesn't help as they just put you on hold forever and not know what they are doing. We will definitely be giving our business to the other locations.

  Stay AWAY from this location - soggy celery, carrots no good, ranch is questionable, AND food (flavor and quality) was beyond disappointing... Wasted money!!! Spend your money somewhere where it's valued, but it's definitely not at this location!

  Hello, I wanted to leave my review here for the location store #2961 I visited this store today and I want to say that the manager CD (I was impressed) gave me a wonderful experience at this location. I've been to this location on several of occasions and is always very busy, congested and chaotic (let's just say all workers does not work very well under pressure. CD the manager and this particular crew was friendly very calm sufficient and efficient with getting customers in and out in a timely manner with their orders. The kitchen was organized and very clean. CD was very helpful and made sure that my order was correct and precise as to what and how I wanted my order! Customer service is a huge deal for me when I patronize any business. BIG THANK YOU CD. WINGSTOP THIS MANAGER IS A BIG KEEPER!
