  I brought my daughter in to make a few returns. She was trying to "help." The man assisting us was absolutely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He lectured me on being disorganized because he couldn't find the shipping label... that was in his hand. Tossed returns. Was short and mean. I stopped having him assist and went to the guy next to him for help, who had zero issues help me.

  I usually use the kiosk but had Amazon items that had to be returned at the counter. I had my Amazon app ready and after two items scanned I accidentally closed my Amazon app and had a bit of difficulty finding my returns page(I’m not the most tech savvy). The clerk, I didn’t catch her name, audibly sighed and put her hand in her hip like I was taking too long. I apologized several times and explained I couldn’t find my returns page and was trying. She offered no consolation and just stared at me. After 30 seconds she sighed again very loudly(so much another patron said something to me about her when we were leaving and how rude she was). I found my returns page and pulled the item up and apologized again and she responded with “sure” and then proceeded to say “most people have that ready so help speed things up.” I did have everything returned and ready to go in the app I was just having trouble navigating it after I accidentally closed it. The entire experience was extremely off putting and I would not recommend this location to anyone unless using the kiosk. Also to management if they read this, maybe remind your employees they work in customer service and should remain polite to individuals patronizing their establishment, especially when the customer is apologetic and remained calm. To top it all off there was someone at the other register the entire time I was in the store and furthermore I was in line for 10 mins and at this rude ladies counter for maybe 3 minutes. Hopefully this review saves someone this abhorrent treatment and management does the right thing and talks to this bitter women before they gain a bad reputation. Do better.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff were unhelpful, and started yelling at me in a foreign language while trying to send off a return to amazon.. Will not be returning to this location for my shipping needs.
