  Came in for an Amazon return, a decent line that went by pretty quickly, and left with no fuss. Exactly what it needs to be.

  It is currently 9:05am and they were supposed to open at 9. There is a line outside the building and no indication that anyone is going to open the store anytime soon. Clearly need to hire more competent works that actually show up to work.

  i had bought some clothes that were wayyyy to big and tbh i always dread going in and doing returns cause it’s never a pleasant experience but today this lady named Bailey with the color hair made sure it wasn’t like that. She was beyond helpful and super quick at her job. i was beyond grateful and satisfied with how this women handled the situation i had. would definitely be a place i tell family to come do returns. 10/10

  I drive past a few closer options to get to Store #1597, and it's worth every extra mile. The staff here are consistently friendly, genuinely knowledgeable, and they take the time to make sure every question gets answered before I walk out the door. No guessing, no rushing you through. I do all my shipping business at this location now, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants things done right the first time.

  This location and the employees who work here are top notch in every way. I am an older woman who struggles with the tech to return items as they are all virtual these days, some companies easier than others. Every time I have returned they are so helpful and patient and I am always very grateful. Most especially I acknowledge Yulia, the young blonde woman (I think that is how you spell her name) but they are all helpful and patient, to me and others whom I have seen interact with them while I am waiting. It is becoming increasingly rare to have such good customer service but I certainly appreciate it.
