  I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. One of the ladies at the counter was very rude, sounded arrogant when I asked for a drink that is available at the self-service fountain, she responded in an unfriendly and dismissive manner instead of simply guiding me and was not welcoming at all. She seemed completely uninterested in serving customers, which made the whole experience unpleasant. On the other hand, the other lady working there was polite. I hope the management addresses the customer service issue because a welcoming attitude makes a big difference.Anyways this not the first time I’m experiencing this with that lady. Hope you look after this. The food was excellent as usual.

  Come up here the other night for my girlfriend and got her a sandwich we got home an noticed it was made completely wrong so we went back and asked them to remake it or if we could have a refund and they refused both and basically said it ain’t there probably kick rocks an my girlfriend got up set an throw some papers bags an the employees proceeded to follow us outside and pull my girlfriend out the car and start fighting her an when I tried to grab my girlfriend the male employee hit me in the face and they only stopped once I presented my weapon Everytime I have tried to get in contact with a manger for a refund I get told no manger is available and after we have left the store after the fight the employees proceeded to call me off a hidden caller id an threaten to kill me and my family.

  I just ordered the BOGO deal from this subway. Got the spicy Italian my regular and chicken bacon. It was subpar fora subway. It had maybe 4 slices of salami and 4 pepperoni and it was a footlong normally it comes with 8 to ten slices of each it was on the wrong bread the toppings were less then the minimal they normally add and it did not have the unique subway flavor I am use to! I think it was missing the salt pepper Parmesan and oregano I had request on it. And the chicken bacon ranch was not good again less than minimal. The chicken and bacon were like crumbs. Not the cuts of chicken they normally have. Also wrong bread and missing my request condiments. I will not be going to this one again. Now I know why I quit using this o e a while ago.
