  Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I was able to get what I ordered she spent a fair amount of time fixing someone else's mistake by thawing the tortillas for the wraps and even after a flustering experience like this she was kind courteous calm respectful and extremely patient. She went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough when I told her it was for my mother who's 93 she instantly got a smile on her face and took pride in making the sandwich even more.

  Ordered a steak and cheese for my lunch break but when got there I found out I can't get it as the steak wasn't thawed. No apologies no refund no nothing. Terrible place

  Every time and I mean every time I have ever been to this location; and unfortunately it's in my neighborhood, they do not have something that they should. Their pizza crust are frozen during dinner time (6pm). You're told they won't remake something they overtoasted or wasnt up to quality because they would have to throw it away. The service is slow, the employees have no clue how to do their job. Management has argued over remaking something that they messed up. I can't believe this place is even still open.

  Rude employees. sandwhich order was wrong and quality of food was so bad went straight to trash. Covered in mayo on outside. Bread went in microwave to heat up chicken..so was hard as a rock. Not one word spoken when handed food..no napkins..Will never return.. zero stars!!!

  Told me they could not make a pizza with chicken strips on it because he didn't know how they could possibly ring that up since it was such a difficult order apparently. BTW, this is the first time since I started getting these 10 years ago that I have ever been told by a subway that they could not make a pizza with chicken strips on it. Of course I will never go back to this subway shop and will stick with my favorite shop at 120Th And Center Street.
