To be honest, I’ve had several bad experiences at this Subway location. Employees are often hiding in the back instead of greeting customers, and on more than one occasion the store has smelled strongly of marijuana. Overall, the customer service has been inconsistent.
The one reason I still stop here is because of one outstanding employee. She’s the shorter woman with dark hair who has worked here for quite a while. She’s always friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She greets customers, keeps things moving, and genuinely seems to care about doing a good job. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or just an employee, but she should be running the place. She’s a rockstar, and if Subway doesn’t recognize her value, another company eventually will.
If it weren’t for her, I honestly wouldn’t come back.

We came for dine in at 7:45pm, but employee over there didn't allow us to eat there. The store was opened until 10pm. He didn't serve properly.
