  I came in a lil after 9pm these 2 teenage boys working behind the counter seemed to be the only ones working. There was a difficult girl infront of me ordering, which, I could tell was making the one mad that was making the sandwich. I was just calmly waiting for them to get to my order then this girl in front of me made them redo her sandwich, the other teenager working the register didn’t seem to want to help get the sandwiches out & help out. Zero urgency, so I ended up leaving just to hear the bigger one behind the counter make some snarky remarks to me. This place needs a team lead or something to help get aggravating customers out and keep things going smoothly

  To be honest, I’ve had several bad experiences at this Subway location. Employees are often hiding in the back instead of greeting customers, and on more than one occasion the store has smelled strongly of marijuana. Overall, the customer service has been inconsistent. The one reason I still stop here is because of one outstanding employee. She’s the shorter woman with dark hair who has worked here for quite a while. She’s always friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She greets customers, keeps things moving, and genuinely seems to care about doing a good job. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or just an employee, but she should be running the place. She’s a rockstar, and if Subway doesn’t recognize her value, another company eventually will. If it weren’t for her, I honestly wouldn’t come back.

  If I could give zero for the service .bad service rude little girl don’t know who to deal with customers I never seen like this rudeness in any place treat customer by disrespectful.never go again the manger her back standing and accept the way talking to customer

  We came for dine in at 7:45pm, but employee over there didn't allow us to eat there. The store was opened until 10pm. He didn't serve properly.
