I asked for light ingredients on my sandwich in which they did the complete opposite! I’ve not ever had such a soggy sandwich in my life. It was so soggy I couldn’t tell if it was toasted or not. Also there were about 4 small pieces of chicken on it. I had to use my. napkins to Wipe some of the sauce off

They always have the sign of “be back in 30” or “basement storeroom be right back”. I came back 3 different times within an hour AND THEY STILL WAS NO ONE THERE TO ATTEND. If it’s open 24 hours they should be considerate of night shift especially since we only have a 30 min break. It’s ridiculous.

Black girl that made my food was HIGHLY unprofessional. As I got in line they all stared and didn’t speak. Told them my order and I had a question about all the different chicken. I asked “is that regular chicken” she goes “na it’s human meat” I told her to simply do her job and make my sandwich. As I was leaving she made a remark and said “don’t be surprised” now I’m thinking they did something to my sandwich. Highly unprofessional and disgusting attitude. If she hates her job so much maybe she should be let go. Now I can’t even eat my sandwich in peace.
this evening my boyfriend and i came in and ordered sandwiches. at first all was normal until the man working started nodding out. he wasn’t able to stay focused, was rubbing his face and touching the sandwiches and coughing on our food. I assume he was on substances. he kept walking away and eventually disappeared to the back room. I talked the other girl working who was busy attempting to keep Goodrich line down. I apologized but in the end didn’t feel comfortable paying for the sandwiches, due to being unhygienic and one sandwich not being finished.
Subway always has good service in my experience but being in a hospital always adds a little extra stress to your life and they were absolutely fantastic! Quick polite and happy.
