  The two men that were working the late shift on 5/16 were absolutely holding down the fort. They clearly had a ton of orders that were coming in and they were staying right on top of them. They greeted and acknowledged each person that came in and were very polite in letting people know what the status of their orders were. The two men had an exceptional system going, one greeting and taking care of customers while assisting the primary sandwich maker, who was barreling through as many orders as quickly as he could. I truly believe these gentlemen could've acted completely different, but instead they acted with utmost professionalism and respect. For what its worth, these gentlemen deserve some sort of acknowledgement or bonus.

  Came in to get food with my family. My wives and daughters food was fine. But the meat on my sandwich was cold. I ordered my sub to be toasted so I don't see how the meat still came out cold. Then when my daughter went and asked for napkins one of the employees was rude with her. It don't seem like the employees care very much at this location. They was even talking so loud I couldn't even carry on a conversation at my own table but I could hear them perfectly and I was on the far side of the restaurant

  I walked in and was not greeted. The employee did not look at me in the eye. She was looking down doing an order when she finished she went to the back. I waited for about 10 minutes and walked out. Horrible service

  Used to be my favorite place to stop. After my visit yesterday, I wont stop again. Got ice cream not sandwiches. Malts tasted expired, or off. Bubblegum ice cream had cookie dough bites instead of bubble gum. Employee's were not friendly. Dressed inappropriately for work as well. Very bad experience, and disappointing as well. So long secret favorite spot.
