I visited the Subway location at 14235 Q St in Omaha on April 26, 2026, and had a very poor experience that reflects ongoing neglect of the store.
The drive-thru was non-functional, with a paper sign posted that appeared to have been there for an extended period. The parking lot was littered with trash, and the interior was not maintained, tables were sticky and unclean. The store was also lacking basic supplies, including drink carriers and medium cup lids.
Additionally, the online ordering system lists Coca-Cola products, but the store only has a Pepsi fountain available. This inconsistency adds to the overall lack of attention to detail and creates a frustrating customer experience.
To add to the overall poor experience, the chips I purchased were crushed inside the bag.
The food quality itself was below expectations, which, combined with the overall condition of the location, made the visit especially disappointing.
I’m frustrated that I paid for this experience, and I will not be returning to this store. This location appears to be poorly managed and in need of attention from ownership or corporate oversight.
Sandwich is just thicker than a banana. Drink station was dirty and poorly stocked. I took the last straw. Sandwich artist was nice but cashier had an attitude.

This Subway consistently has some of the best customer service, but today truly stood out! I stopped in to grab food for my niece and me, and Milaysia took care of us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went so far above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attitude was so warm and genuine, it honestly made our whole day better. It’s rare to experience service like that, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Milaysia!

I came threw drive thru and order a six inch B.M.T. and 12 inch steak and cheese and also 12 inch spicy Italian no chips no drinks $60 something is not right.

I didn’t get what I paid for I asked for a protein bowl with extra protein. Barely got my extra protein and I asked for ranch. I didn’t even get ranch.. Did he get salt and pepper?. Absolutely ridiculous I would like a refund, but I know that you’re not going to value a customer
