  I stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was just perfect. It is always nice to walk in and be able to pick exactly what goes onto my sub, and all the veggies looked really fresh and crisp. The person making my sandwich was super friendly and did a great job putting it together neatly. It is such a reliable place to grab a healthy, fast meal when I am out and about, and I left feeling totally satisfied with my visit.

  I went to this subway around 8:00 -8:30PM on a saturday night. When I walked in the person taking my order immediately try to rush me. I had some questions but he acted like there were 30 people behind me and there was no one behind me. Then the next guy took over the sandwich and started rushing me as well. I tried to answer quickly even thou I wanted to give it more thought. I specifically said "no oil". So he put oil on it and when I said no he grabbed off all the contents and squished them and tried to make it again. He started rushing me again and then forgot to put salt and pepper on it and insisted he did. I told him I was watching and never saw him put it on there. Then he got mad and told me to leave because "I" had and attitude! I never shouted, never cursed but I was completely sure he put oil on the first time and forgot salt and pepper the second time. I asked to see the manager. They said she is not here. I asked for her name and phone number and they said it was Nina and the guy told the other guy NOT to give me his name. The guy then proceed to say more rude comments to me while I was writing down the manager's information and the comments were said in front of everyone because more people had come in by then. I felt like the information I was given was probably a lie but I called it anyone and it didn't sound like Subway customer service. I left a message to whoever had this phone number and went to another subway to ask for a manager. The guy was really nice to me and gave me a different customer service number and made my sandwich correctly without rushing me. He said his manager was not there and he didn't know the manager at the 10814 Cottonwood Lane location. He made my sandwich wrong twice and HE got an attitude when I told him it wasn't correct! I will never eat at this location again!!! He was the one trying to rush everything and he was the one who got an attitude when I told him it wasn't correct! I don't deserve to be treated this way!!!!!

  I always have a good experience here. Workers are friendly & helpful. My order is always right and ready for pickup as quoted. No complaints here
