  Have to be careful using the app. I had a deal buy one get one free…before entering my card info it showed the correct total. But after submitting my order I was charged full price for both sandwiches. The sandwich artist said this happens all the time with the app. And you can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to about getting your refund and I was told they can’t do anything at the store level to resolve the issue. I have tried reaching out through the app and it’s been 3 weeks with 0 response. All I keep getting is we will expedite the request but no one has bothered to do anything. Shows the company really doesn’t care about the customers.

  3x ordering from this store and they have all been messed up. Receipt is correct. Food is wrong. Would be nice if they actually read the order and paid attention and they don't even answer the phone

  Have to give the crew at this Subway a big shout out. The three workers worked quickly while giving really good service and answering all of my kids’ questions. They really took pride in their workplace, and wiped down areas and tidied up several times while we ate. Can’t say enough about how great these 3 workers working Wednesday night!!

  My husband ordered a footlong BLT for me on the app. When he got home and I opened it up, there was barely anything in it. 6 spinach leaves, 4 onions, 7 olives, and 2 tomatoes ON A FOOTLONG. The person he spoke to on the phone was rude and claimed that the average footlong has that many toppings on it and asked us to come back to the store.
