I put in an online order at 12:45 pm. I even go out of my way to take my time getting there. I get told at 1:28 my order is still not done. This is ridiculous.

Got a foot long sandwich that was delicious. Lin served me and was all around a bubbly and nice person. She made sure everything was correct and was extremely kind. 👍

Tony was so wonderful, he explained the food to me in an incredible way, and it made it taste even better. Thank you so much, Tony!

Tony makes the best pizza ever! He is fast, friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience while he’s working. I go there daily and his positivity shines on others!

From start to finish it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich, There was only one person ahead of me in line. The person who made my sandwich when it finally became, my turn asked me what I wanted, and I had requested my sandwich and then the peppercorn protein wrap. The server had no clue what I was talking about, and I had to refer to the menu behind him. And then just completely disregarded it and didn’t make it. They were also out of ham, Which is fine, but when I pointed to a protein as a possible substitute and asked what it was, His reply was, I don’t know. I think it’s ham… My sandwich was still in the toaster when he pulled up the payment. At this point he had already gotten so far it wasn’t worth reminding him about the peppercorn, After that was done, he pulled my sandwich out of the toaster Only to let it sit for an additional five minutes while he swapped bread from one oven to another without saying a word until he came back. I think more training is needed, And if you don’t know how to make something that’s fine, but at least say something instead of ignoring the request and expecting nothing to happen.
