  I had a package that was expected to be delivered on a Wednesday. I saw the FedEx truck go by around 11am, but no package delivered. Around 6 PM I checked the app and it said that my package was attempted delivery at 3:05 but the street address was incorrect. I called customer service. They had me verify the address and assured me the package would be delivered the next day (Thursday). I attempted to ask for cross streets of where they allegedly attempted to deliver, but they were unable to provide that information. I was trying to verify that they had the correct location. After the call, I looked back on our cameras to see that a delivery truck driver was outside our house for two minutes around 1120. They left the front seat and appeared to go look for the package and then drove off. An hour after the call I got an email saying that it would be delivered on Friday and it would require a customer signature because the address was wrong at the first attempt. I cannot stand a company that it’s trying to blame me for having the incorrect address when it would appear that they put the package on the wrong truck and the error was on their end. They have delivered to our house multiple times in the year that we have lived here. Own up to your mistakes.

  Fed Ex was not good to us... Envelope as sent OVERNIGHT PRIORITY on 03/25/26 @630pm and was received on 03/27/26 @345pm. The delivery was suppose to be completed by 03/26/26 @1030am. Not one customer service rep or "Supervisor" was honest with us. Always said the package was on its way, 10 calls were made to Fed Ex. One Supervisor even gave me a bad number for a supervisor in out town. I'm 57 and have been dealing with FedEx since I was 20yrs old. Never has it ever been this horrible of an experience!
