  I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx Print location. B helped me with a class project that required printing a 3.5x5.5 booklet, and he absolutely nailed it. He was patient, detail‑oriented, and an excellent problem solver — exactly the kind of person you hope to find when you’re on a deadline and need things done right. The final product looked fantastic. Highly recommend this location, and especially B, for any printing needs.

  Two days ago I placed an order for pickup at 4:30 today. I was called by this store and confirmed the order. They sent me a voicemail stating that it would actually be done at noon. They called me at 3:45pm, almost four hours after their own deadline, to say that the order would indeed not be filled. Do yourselves a favor and use a different online printing company (there are so many great, cheap online options out there that I will be using for future purposes). This location has no idea what they are doing.

  I will NEVER visit this location again. I had a small print job that took 4 trips because of all the mistakes .. business card which looked pixelated and were not cut correctly. I asked for them to be fix or a refund.. I received neither. Save your time and money and go someplace else for printing.
