  I had a really great experience with Michelle. I had ordered business cards from a different company, but they came out faded and unevenly cut, so I called this FedEx location to see if they could help on short notice. Michelle said they could, and only about 30 minutes later, she called to let me know the cards were ready. The new cards looked professional, were printed well, and were cut properly. Michelle was kind, helpful, and made the entire process very easy. After the frustration with my original order, I really appreciated how quickly she helped me and how well everything turned out. Thank you, Michelle!

  What incredible employees. I interacted with at least four employees while completing a print job. They were helpful and kind when I spoke with them on the phone. When I went in to print, they went above and beyond to help me with my print issues. Bravo to this team!

  It was the only place where they were able to do the large format lamination. 10 minutes wait and everything was done. Very helpful, the store is clean and well maintained

  I'm sure the staff at this FedEX are amazing, but the customer service line is abysmal. I asked to get a package redirected to a closer FedEX pickup location as this one is far from me, and they just kept repeating the existing location's address like that was the question I was asking.
