  I have visited this location many times for Amazon returns, and the service has always been quick and efficient. During my recent visits, however, I noticed the return process has been taking longer than usual, even with multiple counters open. A little acknowledgment of the wait would also go a long way. I understand delays can happen, and I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience.

  Love this location! They are always kind, fast and helpful. And their online platform is super user-friendly. As an example, I visited today to pick up an order and they had this beautiful message on their card reader! Great kindness matters as much as great quality.
