  I used to love using this store. Staff was awesome and quick. Somehow every time I get stuck with Cheykira now and she groans, sighs and acts totally inconvenienced by everything. She’s unbearable. Heading to UPS

  I have visited this location many times for Amazon returns, and the service has always been quick and efficient. During my recent visits, however, I noticed the return process has been taking longer than usual, even with multiple counters open. A little acknowledgment of the wait would also go a long way. I understand delays can happen, and I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience.
