  FedEx at this location needs to update their listing to disclose a few points. 1. It’s on the 2nd floor of the Hilton. 2. You have to park in a parking garage to get there, 1st 30 minutes are free, nothing is clear about any of the parking or where to go or anything like that in relation to FedEx. Asking the front desk seems odd but is the only way. 3. $10 handling charge because they’re in a hotel? So because I drove, parked, found the location, brought up my package that was already paid for and everything and I’m supposed to pay $10 for the privilege of having them scan a barcode and print a receipt? So I left…very annoyed….and will complain to corporate too because of the complete waste of time today’s experience was.

  I was provided a QR code addresses from GFiber to return my router and of the three participating locations that could take a drop off. This was one of them. I walked in and even though it said in black-and-white on my email that this was a drop off location. They still would not take my item and I had to drive to a different FedEx location. Update your information with other businesses if you’re not going to participate also have staff that isn’t hiding when you walk in the door so that you feel like you have to look for somebody to come out and help you..

  I went to FedEx on the second floor of the Hilton hotel. Used their self-service station to print my stuff. Prices were a bit high, but I needed it done. It was pretty quick and hassle free.

  The service was great, and the clerk helped me save a small fortune on what their website quoted me for international shipping. The parking garage though...not so great.

  Horrible service. Renee was NOT FRIENDLY. Two questions were answered with "That's the way it is". There is a $10 charge for the privilege of printing a label which in my case was a 100% mark up to the cost of shipping my package. Will NEVER go again and will make me reconsider using FedEx at all.
