  FedEx at this location needs to update their listing to disclose a few points. 1. It’s on the 2nd floor of the Hilton. 2. You have to park in a parking garage to get there, 1st 30 minutes are free, nothing is clear about any of the parking or where to go or anything like that in relation to FedEx. Asking the front desk seems odd but is the only way. 3. $10 handling charge because they’re in a hotel? So because I drove, parked, found the location, brought up my package that was already paid for and everything and I’m supposed to pay $10 for the privilege of having them scan a barcode and print a receipt? So I left…very annoyed….and will complain to corporate too because of the complete waste of time today’s experience was.

  Even with a business account this service is overpriced. $16 to ship a package that could have been done at USPS for $5. I will be closing my business account as soon as that delivery is made
