  The service I received from Mr. Mario was UNBELIEVABLE. I went in to switch my service to come to cricket, this was on a Friday the very next day (Saturday) My phone completely stopped working. I was not able to make any outgoing calls or to receive any incoming calls. I went back into the store on Sunday to tell Mario the problem I’ve had with my phone since switching to cricket. He wanted me to pay for him to fix my phone when I just switched to cricket and it was obviously the problem was caused by him something he had done wrong. . I refused to pay. He was very rude and disrespectful, and had the nerve to tell me not to come back into the store. I need to know who the district manager is for the store. So I can file a complaint and request a total refund. It is now Monday and my iPhone is not operating like an iPhone supposed to. I will not be doing business with cricket thanks to poor, Unprofessional, and RUDE Customer service rep named Mario!!
