  I wanted to give a big shout out to Mario. He was outstanding. I was really confused about the iPhone 16e price because I had initially saw the deal online. He explained everything in detailed and used simple terms so I didn't get confused. On top of that, he was the only employee working and shortly after I arrived there was line and he handle everything with patience and he didn't try to rush me out. He even offered to put on the screen protector I purchased. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his ability to multitask and assured everyone that he was going to help them out. Theres not many employees like Mario anymore so he deserved to get recognized for his work. Mario made me feel like I made the best choice getting servicbe withg Cricket and getting the iPhone 16.
