The person that I dealt with from this store was absolutely horrible and unknowledgeable and a liar. Says one thing one day then 2 days later ii go in for the deal that her and I spoke on and she bumped the price up $400 and then tried lying to herself saying she quoted me $700 for 1 phone to add to my existing account so I took my phone number went next door to the BOOST MOBILE store and got 2 new phones for less than the $300 first offer she said she d give me. Terrible customer service . Negative 200 stars for this

I called the store to see if they had a flip phone. The young man told me he did. I drove my friend out to purchase the phone because we have been having issues with getting another service. He did everything he needed to do to get us up and running again.Great Service
