I’ve had several great experiences here. First off they carry parts for my 92 Oldsmobile! Recently I came into have a battery tested. Rich went above and beyond testing and retesting the battery for me to help figure out what was wrong. He was great at explaining things to me and my son. Great knowledgeable employee.

I went to this location because it said parts were available online. When I arrived, no one was seen for at least five minutes. I saw two men walking around and could hear a woman in the back. Again, no assistance until I waited about 15 minutes until the woman finished her phone call. One customer got frustrated and left. After waiting, I am told the correct number of available parts was not the same as what they had online. With all of the available parts stores in Omaha, an AutoZone opening right next-door, and same-day delivery from Amazon…I can truly say that was the last time I will ever step foot in that store.
