  Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Tracking says it’s been in North Platte since Wednesday. Kirby has yet to drop my package off and it’s Friday 🤦‍♂️

  Tried giving customer feedback but was just hung up on every time. This is why they have great reviews, no negative feedback back. I am handicapped and have called 4 different times to complain that they leave my medical boxes at the front door of my apt building sitting in the sun when they are supposed to be refrigerated. Today they did it again, the 5th time. I am fed up with FedEx!!!
