  A Number One Best Western. Rooms were clean. A/C was fine. Friendly people at desk. Excellent breakfast. Omelets, sausage, potatoes, cereals, breads, yogurt, waffles, and the usual stuff. We will remember this place. Definitely will return if traveling this way.

  Room was great. Breakfast was awesome. Just a bit frustrated that we were given the option to pay for early check in (we were in town for a wedding and needed to even just briefly get ready) and then were denied the ability to check in early. "Our rooms aren't even ready until 3pm. Then why did I have the ability to pay to check in early?- no response. No offer for a refund on that $25 charge plus tax and fees. Just a- come back later. Soo that was inconvenient to say the least.

  This hotel is my favorite. I stay at a lot of hotels and Best Westerns. The one in North Platte puts them all to shame. The staff is always happy and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, waffles, biscuits and gravey, turkey sausage, cereal, farm fresh yogurt. Rooms clean and comfortable. The idea of a king and a queen in one room instead of just two qweens beds is brilliant. The pool and hot tub always clean, good temperature and open 24 hrs. It has to be managed by a women that has thought of everything and she's doing it right.

  We love this hotel because of the omelets that are part of the complimentary breakfast. The only thing we don't love is we get put in an older part of the hotel because we travel with a small dog. It's a bit of a hike to the room, and the rooms in that wing are showing their age. The breakfast is awesome. I'd give 5 stars if there was an update on the rooms (and to management, think about comfort height toilets when you remodel).

  Best affordable stay we have ever had. I want to highlight that my son has CELIAC DISEASE. We have never found a hotel breakfast where anyone was even knowledgeable enough to tell us whether something is gf or not. The amazing woman running this breakfast was not only knowledgeable but could confirm that the eggs, bacon and potatoes were all gf. They also had a yogurt bar that was labeled gf. She then offered a gf bagel and offered to warm it in the microwave to avoid cross contamination. She then made sure that we were okay with dairy because they accommodate that as well! My son’s first time ENJOYING a hotel breakfast with his family at a hotel! All options were fantastic, not just the gf and the coffee options were above and beyond and delicious. In addition we enjoyed the pool and hot tub area that was well maintained and had plenty of nice towels. Open until midnight to accommodate our later arrival. Sleeping arrangements were perfect offering a comfortable queen and king in the same room. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would!
