  I went in about 7:30 on a Tuesday, the lady working was great! She was very helpful and they had everything I wanted. The sandwich was great, place was clean and the food covers were down when I walked in.

  My boyfriend and I really wanted subway and looked forward to a nice meal together. It was 7:35 pm and they close at 8. The lady working was irritated to say the least. I started off by telling her the bread and sandwich I wanted and she sighed at me. Her overall customer service was rude. When my boyfriend went to order she told him she was out of meatballs and said it with an attitude. My food was ok. It tasted fine, but was put together with no care. There were pickles on only the ends, little to no mustard, and an abundance of mayo. I paid and left. Upon opening my sandwich it was a mess and hard to eat. Typically I love the Mitchell subway. I am upset about this experience and appalled that they would hire someone as rude and careless as this woman. She was middle aged and had purple-red hair with glasses. I understand the exhaustion one can have when having a long shift but it is unacceptable to be rude to customers and have an attitude about your job.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I went to get subway today at 7:15pm mind you they do not close until 8:00pm they where already closing every down and had terrible manners when I was order and where mad that I came in to get dinner. They did not give me a receipt. They completely messed up my order added things I did not ask for and things I wanted on my sandwich they did not add. I have been coming here for years and I can honestly say I will never be back.
