  I placed the order an hour and a half ago. It took 30 minutes after the order was finished for a driver to get assigned, likely because no one wants to go to this wingstop because of the atrocious reviews they have on Google maps. Nobody at the restaurant would pick up the phone and I called 20 times total and nobody ever picked up, with some calls ringing for over 3 minutes without being picked up. The food is cold, and the large veggie sticks that I ordered as all carrots was five carrot sticks instead of the normal amount of veggie sticks you get when getting the normal large veggie sticks. Overall horrible experience, and I'd love a refund on the meal, because it's all cold, but nobody will pick up the phone! They also messed up the sauces on my wings and gave me some spicy sauce instead of the one I asked for. Genuinely the worst experience that I've had with wingstop in the 5 years I've been getting it, which is incredibly disappointing.

  Ran by people that have no idea how to run a Business or be nice to customers wings were cold fries were cold rude staff didn’t even say hi or ask for the app…

  Received my door dash order at 12:15 mind you I ordered my order at 11:40 pm inside of the bag is an order from grub hub that was ordered at 9:50 from someone named AYAT. My DoorDash bag came with my supposed to be receipt still on the bag so DoorDash won’t even refund my 47$ order ! My order was repackaged and sent out intentionally knowing it was an old grub hub order that hadn’t been picked up
