    This chain has been suffering in my opinion for a while. The freshness of the food has declined over the years. The staff at most locations just don't care but I was pleasantly surprised that at this location the young man was very nice.

    Horrible service! Employee was rude! Would not toast sandwich the way we always get it at another location. Will never go back and will tell my friends not to go to this location!! Only location I've had problems at. This is not the first time, but definitely will be last!
