  The manager, Amelia, is the worst ever. Extremely rude and treats her employees horribly. She even treats the customers with so much disrespect as well. I don’t recommend this place ever.

  Wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break in line waiting with only one person in front of me in the drive-through Was late trying to get back to my job, will not go back again

  We had gotten there at 1:20 and left at 1:37 pm. It took almost 20 minutes for 2 6 inch subs that barely had anything on them. There were 2 people in front of us and even then, they were barely getting much help either. We all just stood there while 1 girl prepped the sandwiches and the other who was supposed to top the sandwiches with veggies took the longest. She may have been busy doing other things but I feel as though the people standing in your store are more important than online orders. Also, sanitation with using gloves need checked. As someone who goes to school to deal with food, I find it unsanitary to put on gloves, touch all the sandwich ingredients as well as my sandwich, go to the computer to touch the screen then proceed to use those same gloves on my food again. Frankly, I don’t want germs from the computer on my sandwich and who knows how much that actually gets cleaned. Besides the wait and that, the girls were nice. Just wanted to get out of there faster. I don’t think I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for that before.

  We showed up a little after 7pm. There was nobody there. Chole that was working was making an online order of 2 sandwiches. We waited a good 10 mins before she even put those sandwiches in the oven. It took her about 5 mins to make my sandwich before she even got it in the oven. By this time there was about 5 more people standing in line. She finally went and grabbed somebody from the back to help which really wasn’t any more help. We were in there for about 30 mins before we were able to check out. My sandwich was rock hard. I suggest that your workers need to work on time skills. It shouldn’t take 30 mins to make 2 sandwiches when no one else was there.

  I just paid 29 dollars for two sandwiches that tasted horrible like old meat. Plus they were made wrong. There is no way that bread was fresh either. Im so disappointed do better people. If u dont like your job get a different one or learn to take pride in what u do.
