    It's pretty decent fastfood joint. Everything was easy and smooth. The server girl was friendly and nice.

    Just came from this store . Ordered 4 sandwiches on the app and one of them was WRONG. I brought it to one of the employees attention and she was beyond rude and very condescending, even after I proved her wrong. I ended up having to ask for the manager. The young lady who was out of the equation remade my sandwich and was very nice. Neither the manager nor the employee apologized for the way I was treated. I definitely won’t go back!

    3/31/26 I ordered at 9:24pm on the app. Got confirmation ready by 9:40. Subway claimed they do not see order in their system. Provided order confirmation and bank withdrawal from Subway confirmation. Subway took funds from my account without providing me my order. Megan’s customer service was very disgusting and heart breaking towards my minor child and towards my fiancée. Shawnee the manager claimed she was going to contact district manager and call us back, never did. Fraud is when you are charged something and do not receive product or service. It’s very distasteful how businesses treat their customers, very disgusting service. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. Even though my money was taken out, they then charged almost $5 more for the same sub in the store. Disgusting practices. Shawnee and/ or Megan could have made this right. It took over 40 minutes in store with my stolen funds and no resolution. They claim their system may be acting up, with all due respect that has nothing to do with me nor is that my issue. District manager and/or headquarters please make this right. Kind Regards, SH

    Whoever was working tonight I didn’t catch their names. But the girl was made disrespectful because the guy worker was trying to give her pointers on how to make a sandwich on flatbread and she just rolled her eyes and kept making the other sandwich’s. Yall need to do more training on how to make sandwich on flatbread cause they clearly don’t know common sense.
