  The agent Drake Kunze cold called me, convinced me to switch then said he couldnt honor the original car quote because of a few speeding tickets. When I said I dont think I want to switch anymore, he pretty much said it was too late. I should have been able to cancel then and there. Not only that but they lied about my home value so that 90% would cover the entire home, but the verbiage on the policy puts the blame on me saying I am the one that selected the value of the home which could cause issues in the future if anything were to happen. Shady business not letting me cancel when he couldnt honor the quote and sketchy verbiage on the policy.

  Strong at communication. Not sure rates are competitive for low-mileage senior drivers.

  I sometimes wonder if these people get only friends of theirs to rate them. It is hard to believe so many people had such great service and only a few did not. Mitch never spoke to me after the first day when I started my policy. His secretary was the only one I could speak to. She seemed to always forget to make changes, so I emailed my request to Mitch. His secretary responded. A couple times my payment was three days overdue, they called me like some kind of collection agency. In fact they called me on two separate occasions after my bill was paid one day late, then she was like one I guess I didn't look first. The service was unprofessional to say the least. I have paid for a car I no longer own for two months now, the secretary assures me it will get taken care of. I asked to cancel my policy. I just received a letter that if I don't pay them by this date they will cancel me, she must have forgot to cancel my policy and the car I don't own is still on the policy for month three. I hope they get the picture when I don't pay and I hope she doesn't call me and hound me for a policy I canceled a month ago.
