Didn't add a PO number under the sender as requested. They asked if everything looked good on the screen, I said it was missing the number, they said they would fix it. They didn't.

Workers keep leaving our sensitive orders that are electronics outside in the rain instead of our front porch. Called them and they said the most they can do is to note our complaint in their system. Told us next time remember to write special notes for the delivery. However, isn’t it common sense to NOT leave electronics in the rain? Or even leave our orders outside in front of our garage? There is a picture of the product on the box - you can’t miss that. The person on the phone was not helpful either. 0/10 for customer service and delivery.

Boyd was a huge help locating a package. He did what the FedEx 1-800 could not do. Amazing customer service.

Absolutely horrendous, dispicable, putrid,. The automated number was a dead end all I needed was to track a package and change or adjust delivery. Went round and round several times with an automated person and still never got through to a customer service rep. I had the door tag number said it clearly, it didn't get it right. Overnight delivery has turned into four days so far. It's awful and annoying and this is very important item
