Absolutely miserable experience. We waiting an HOUR while one employee chit-chatted with a customer instead of helping us. I’m switching my whole family to Boost mobile. This place is NOT worth the hassle

Let’s just say they made a big turn around by hiring the young lady Aylin. She is a nice girl who knows what she’s talking about! I can’t say much about the other two that work there besides that they act like they’re know it all and very bad customer service. If you need work done on your phone or a good laugh I recommend Aylin!

As always I stopped in to get help with my phone and Erica was there to help when the smile on her face 😊
