  As adults, we shouldn’t feel the need to raise our voices at each other. I called for support for a missing package and I was given the wrong number for customer service. I was then yelled at for calling back to clarify, mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to lose all composure on a customer just for seeking help.

  Terrible customer service! UPS delivery a badly beaten box to my home then wanted to refuse me returning it back to them since it was damaged. The man child laughed and said it would be 3 bucks to tape the box so they can accept it for return. He said it wasn’t safe for them to take but it was safe for it to come to my house. I asked for the managers name and number he grabbed a business card and shoved it at me. I asked again what’s his name, and what is your name? Go somewhere else, really pathetic service for a logistics company
