  Package delivered 09/06. Came in after Labor Day to pick up. Was told it wasn’t there. Showed confirmation email, was told it could not be real or I wasn’t truthful. Asked for a number to call to find out where my package was and was met with a shoulder shrug. Will be using FedEx for my small business from here on.

  As adults, we shouldn’t feel the need to raise our voices at each other. I called for support for a missing package and I was given the wrong number for customer service. I was then yelled at for calling back to clarify, mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to lose all composure on a customer just for seeking help.
