  My order is always ready when I walk in! I am thankful for Annie who always recognizes my order (I'm pretty repetitive) and if something is off she gives me a call to verify! Let's not mention how she makes them so you get a bite of meat in every bite and the first bite isn't just bread!!! Shout out to the Imperial Team!!

  I swear this is the world‘s best Subway! Annie made my sandwich, and I’m convinced she’s the best sandwich artist on the planet. The owner definitely knows they’ve got a superstar working here! Everything was made perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, and everyone was incredibly kind. Great food, great people, and always a great experience!! 🥪

  came into town for a family event and went to the local imperial subway. Not only was the food prepared perfectly, but the staff was very courteous and respectful, and the ownership was very Attentive and made sure that I was having a great experience, which I absolutely did. Well, 100% visit this location when I come back into town. Great service great staff thanks guys!

  I have placed orders at this store a bunch and every other time I order online my food is never made and they tell me they didn’t see my order. Today I was in there the same time as another girl with the same problem. And now I’m waiting to see if I get my money back. Last time I had to call corporate a week after and get my money back that way.

  Honestly the best subway service I've had in my life thus far!! Young lady had our order perfectly online and I wish I knew her name because I'd call in just to say how phenomenal she is!! I'm beyond impressed!! Food is delicious and the exact order!! Give this girl a raise! 💯
