  After a very disappointing experience at the Coach Outlet, I decided to stop by Michael Kors to see if I could find something I loved instead. I’m so glad I did. Gina was my sales associate, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to Gina’s excellent recommendations, I ended up purchasing a bag, a wallet, and a belt. On top of that, the store was offering an additional 20% off sale items, which made the experience even better. What stood out most was how respected and valued I felt as a customer. Everyone in the store was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I never felt judged or looked down upon. After the treatment I received elsewhere, that level of kindness and inclusiveness meant a lot. If you’re shopping at Michael Kors, I highly recommend asking for Gina. She provides the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. She turned what started as a frustrating shopping trip into a great experience, and I’ll gladly return because of the outstanding service I received.
