  The customer service was terrible. I tried calling, but no one answered. I had to go out of my way and drive there to place an order. This has happened multiple times and I hope for better service next time.

  Great food for a reasonable price. Only complaints were the soda machine was wonky and spitting everywhere. And they didn't have the new chili crunch flavors on mobile, so I thought I missed them. But as soon as I walked in advertising for them everywhere.

  I work at a restaurant myself and this place is disgusting workers never washed their hands in the bathroom, not clean it or restock toilet paper. there is trash all over the floor and tampons. absolutely disgusting. They don’t wear gloves making food. The tables are dirty. None of them speak English at all. Cannot understand you. They’re constantly on this phone loud disturbing music where you can’t even hear what they’re saying when they’re talking to you. I have gone here multiple times and I have never gotten good service i had to start doing online orders instead because of the communication barrier i nor do they understand what’s being told when ordering i do not recommend

  I don’t know who are the new wingstop owners but for some reason they stopped selling the large containers of ranch mind you I have always bought there large container every time.soo so disappointing

  Rude. and mediocre food. How do i get cold wings when I'm literally ordering and eating IN THE RESTAURANT?? And the fries were unseasoned, limp oily and gross. Couldn't pay me to go back there.
