  I was struggling to decide what I wanted for lunch when Jasmin M. stepped in and helped me choose. She made my sub with impressive speed and efficiency, all while working alone. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience a great one. She definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Employee of the year

  I'm disappointed with this Webb Road location! First off, I come in to order 3 1 foot long sandwiches to go, my grandpa gives me a list with how he wants his sandwich made and the ingredients he wants, we go to pay they tell us what we owe, I go to give them a $50 bill and the Supervisor on duty her name was Codee she says we cannot accept any bills larger than $20 anymore, I ask why not, she says because one of their stores got hit with a counterfeit bill incident! I ask if I can exchange the $50 bill for 2 20's and and a $10 bill and she says no we can't inside the store! Another issue was when I was telling them what kind of sandwich my grandpa wanted and how he made it they claimed they couldn't read the list and I had to read it to them and when we went home they missed Vinegar on my Grandpa's sandwich!

  This is by far the best subway location in GI! Shelly and her employees always go above and beyond making sure each customer leaves happy and has their food made the right way!

  Earlier this afternoon my Brother and I Came to Subway for Lunch and were met by Ms Luci and Ms Nyellie. We were greeted and asked what we wanted to eat. The Young Ladies were prompt with our Order. The Subway was fresh and tasted Good.
