  I had to ship several large packages and Mariah went above and beyond to help me with my order. The customer service was excellent and she made sure I had all the tracking information I needed. She was very nice. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

  I was tracking my son's packages because he stayed home to wait for them. Status said the driver couldn't find the address and would try again later. They did not. Today they were delivered (i hope). So on Saturday the driver couldn't find his address. To a building that's been there for 30+ years on a popular street? Maybe they something super important to do?.... And they just stumbled upon it today?...I called customer service, and they were awful. Didn't listen to anything, transferred me to a closed office. Called again, same thing. I absolutely will not use or recommended Fed Ex at all.

  I paid for Saturday delivery and FedEx said it would be delivered by 1:30 pm.. My delivery required a signature so I stayed home until 1:30 expecting a delivery. NO SHOW by 1:30 so I tracked the order and they then said delivery by end of day. I live in the country but my house is on Google Maps. I decided to do some work outside so I could see the van when it pulled up. About 4 pm I saw the FedEx Van about a quarter of a mile that had stopped and appeared lost. The Van turned around and that was the last I saw it. I called customer service and finally spoke with a live person and he said he would contact the driver and have him call me. That didnt happen so when I called customer service again, they said they were closed. I looked at my tracking and they changed the delivery to Monday by 1:30. This is frustrating because I paid for Saturday delivery and since my delivery required a signature, I stayed home looking for it all day and now they expect me to stay home all day monday looking for it. I believe the driver for some reason could not find my house since I saw him within 1/4 mile of my house and then went back to Grand Island NE and called it a day. This is complete BS with todays technology that driver should have been able to find my house since google maps would have taken him to my door step. I sent a message to the company I purchased the product from and explained my experience and I would recommend future shipments with anyone but FedEx..
