  Tonight was literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from them. Uncooked chicken and bacon, untoasted bread. Forgot the cookies I ordered as well. I won’t be ordering from this subway again. Was not worth the money AT ALL. If you don’t care to do your job right, find somewhere that you care to do right because 40 dollars is ALOT these days to waste. This location hasn’t done right for a long time, I have them entirely too many chances and it’s never consistent.

  Anytime my family or I go to this Subway location, the employees are rude, and quite frankly, don’t want to do their jobs. I always go to the Subway at Walmart, specifically when Lori is working, or one of her employees, and when I go the Walmart location I always get AMAZING service, they’re friendly, and actually act like they want to be there. I think this location could use a training from the Walmart location. I’ve been to this location 4 times. The first time, they were “out of veggies”. The second time, they were out of vinegar, and when the girl told us she was out of vinegar, she rolled her eyes and said all locations were out, come to find out, only they were out, if they even were out. The third time, the touchscreen was not working and the lobby was closed. We went up to the window after TEN MINUTES of trying on the touchscreen to let them know it was NOT working. The employee said very rudely “the screen is working ma'am. Go back around.” Mind you, there were no cars waiting behind us at all! Again, the Walmart location and staff are amazing. If you want Subway, you’ll get your moneys worth and a good experience at the Subway in Walmart. The people who work at this location could very much use a few training’s in customer service.

  My boyfriend and I came into Subway to get two footlongs with a deal we had on the app and upon scanning it said we didn’t have an account with them. Which makes total sense considering we were on the app with the deal… they did nothing to try and get us our deal even though we were clearly frustrated. I have lived in fremont sense I was born and have had maybe three good experiences at this Subway. So not recommended going to this location.

  I stopped by for lunch today and had such a great experience! This was very refreshing after my visit last week at the subway in Walmart. The store was clean, everything looked very fresh, and my sandwich was made perfectly. What really stood out though was the team working- especially the girls on shift today. They were super friendly, welcoming, and had great energy the whole time. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they're doing. It made a quick stop feel way better then expected. Ill definitly be coming back because of the service alone. Keep up the awesome work!!
