  Food is always consistent here. I like how they do their portions. I get what I need. Service is ok when they can get through the line. Always clean at this location. The music is usually graphic and Often contains a lot of cuss words in it. They are consistent here.

  the lady kamille at this location was very kind and patient with me and my sub was made perfectly and everything was evened out. the store was clean, including the bathroom. much better experience than the subway located in walmart 💯

  Subway on 549 E. 23rd Street is amazing! They consistently give back to the community by supporting local organizations, promoting local teams on their social media, and featuring the teams on window paintings. We've catered multiple postgame meals for our team, and every experience has been outstanding. The staff is always friendly, positive, and a pleasure to work with, especially Kris. I highly recommend this location, whether you're looking for a great lunch or reliable catering for your next event!

  I'm not even sorry to throw a one star review on this subway establishment. The workers here are bratty, rude and selfish little girls who learned no respect for others around them. If your employees dont want to work there, fire them and find kinder replacements who will do their job better and actually want to be there. The last time i was there, one of your employees asked me in the brattiest most rude tone and did not look at me when asking if i wanted a bag. No i didnt want the bag since you asked so "nicely." Your establishment always has doors locked at 9:30pm and all online orders are unavalibe when your door, app and website say 10:00pm. Change your hours on your website or keep doors open like every other establishment in Fremont does. Not to mention, nobody ever picks up the phone cause they turn off their phone line when they dont want to talk to anyone. When they do actually answer, they are bratty and dont want to help you. The manager is never in the building. Do not order here until they get new management and employees.
