  Courtney Green who works with Zimmerman insurance agencies is very knowledgeable about their policies and was helpful at saving me money on my current home and car insurance. She was efficient and well spoken and I would recommend using her for your insurance needs

  An inattentive agency. Got in a wreck and they never reached out even tho I submitted claims through the app. I also canceled one of my policies and they still have it in effect. All in all they don't, do what you expect out of going through an agency over just going through an app. They dont make changes when you ask and it takes repeat calls to get anything done. Really just not worth anything extra you pay to have an actual agent.

  We recently signed up for All State Home and Car! Our service with Courtney Green was far "above" the Best! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with our questions and thought process!   I like allstate but dislike the app they use to monitor speed and phone usage. I constantly have to tell it I am a passenger because we use work trucks and any time I am riding in one, which is all the time, it logs my drivers speeds as mine and if I use the phone it tacks on phone activity. I wish they would just go to a vehicle plug. That way it only records when I drive
