  I was dreading having to review our options for insurance, home and auto. What an absolutely pleasant experience Tawny made this! Not only were the prices quoted much better than we had been receiving, she was fun, very informative, prepared and explained things in terms that I could easily understand. As a customer, I felt valued and wanted.

  My experience with Zimmerman Agencies and Tawny was 5 stars plus. I had become progressively frustrated with the lack of service I experienced with two prior agencies; I found it difficult to get questions answered and when someone did return my calls they gave me an 800 number. Tawny actually picked up the phone, set up a Q&A, and asked me questions about my insurance concerns and needs. Tawny is a consummate professional, knows her stuff and is patient. Thank you Tawny!

  Jesse did a phenomenal job of helping us switch all of our coverages over. He was extremely patience and thorough with answering all my questions and walking through different options. The whole process was extremely easy due to Jesse's hands on approach. Highly recommend this team!

  I’m so thankful Samantha was able to help me. My old Insurance stopped, ensuring in Texas and she was able to get me in last minute with such a great rate. Her personality is awesome. She’s the most sweetest person ever. Definitely recommend her. !!!

  Alisa Pereira professional, polite, courteous, exceptional listener, well informed, explained Insurance terminology and understanding with examples and/or real life scenarios. Reviewed State Minimums and Coverage for potential losses and claims. Understood our individuals needs, exposures, etc. We discussed Bundling and Multiple Policy Discounts including home rated appropriately secondary inflation rates, reconstruction Due to building, structural losses and coverages. Additionally, we discussed building materials, cost, and contractors. I feel we are now appropriately covered by Zimmerman Allstate Insurance of Elkhorn, Nebraska.
