  I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at this UPS Store! I was having one issue after another with Amazon return codes for three large packages, and it was very frustrating. Instead of sending me away, the staff took over and worked through everything for me. After about 20 minutes, they had all three returns sorted out and got the correct codes and labels needed. Their knowledge, patience, and expertise in dealing with Amazon returns were incredible. I’m so grateful for their willingness to help and for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you!

  The lady that helped me today to mail a commerative brick to California was friendly, easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable, absolutely a pleasure to work with!!! Awesome she was!!!
