  Asked for Italian herbs & cheese and got different bread. Subway your way or is it Subway the artists way? It even showed it on the receipt that they stapled on the bags. They do this frequently for online orders from this Subway. It wasn’t even the same worker that messed up the last time. Picking up both orders, as I was leaving, the worker said “Have a nice day” from the back, not even at the front, not saying anything about the bread. BMT had no banana peppers or onions. We couldn’t go back and get it fixed cause we were in a rush. Edit: Don’t bother emailing because they will not get back to you.

  I don’t think my meal has been made right one time, the staff is bitter and lazy, I will never be giving this location another chance

  I always order the Italian BMT with turkey instead of ham and the people working always nail it! It's the best sandwich I've ever had from any subways. I always pray when I put in my online order the lady or the young guy is working (day shift around noon), I never get their names but they're amazing! They always do a great job on my sandwich, I always know it will be mad correctly with them there. This last encounter was noon pickup on 4/28/26 I hope they both get recognized with their excellence!

  Ordered a footlong an got it in 3 different pieces..management was the one preparing food. I asked for more sub crunch but Tanya literally filled my sandwich(s) with it. To the point I couldn't eat it. I would give zero stars if I could. This was a disaster and I will not be spending my money at this location in the future. DO BETTER!
