    Got 3 of the new protein pockets and they were wrapped in an atrocious way, everything fell apart. We asked for onion on it and another employee (not making them) stated “just put a couple” two onion strips each wrap. Absolutely horrible service and unneeded commentary. Would give -5⭐️

    Worst sandwich I have ever had. First, why do they always smash the bread when they cut it? They hold it down like its trying to run away. Then, just in case you bread wasnt flat enough, when they open it they smash it more. Gotta make sure its good and flat. No fluffy bread here! Add warm meat and cheese. Meat looked sweaty and the cheese 1 degree away from melting. The veggies we all gross. The lettuce was pink and brown. Luckily there was a second cambro of lettuce that was slightly less terrible because i was going to need to soak up the galon of mayo she put on the sandwich. she added 3x what a normal person would want on a sandwich and said thats the normal amount. I figured I could just scrape it off. I could not. I ended up trashing an entire food long sandwich because it was so bad. It had taken over. Its was squishing and dripping off the sides. It was all over my hands. Everything was slipping and dripping out. Super gross. For your food cost alone you gotta rein in the mayo portions. The quality and the product you sell is important and you failed in both of those categories today. Its as simple as make a sandwich as if you were going to be the one eating it. Sometimes they need to be reminded that they are sandwich artists not sandwich idgaf-ers.

    The tablet doesnt work properly and the glare from the sun doesnt let you see the options correctly, tried contacting them using the mic and they said I have to use the tablet lol

    So I ordered online and it was totally wrong when I received it nobody followed any instructions. I didn’t get the extra bacon that I paid for so I didn’t even eat the sandwich. I chucked it because I was pissed this was yesterday so today I arrive with my receipt and I let them know what exactly happened. I was looking for them to remake my sandwich the correct way and receive it since I already paid for it yesterday. But district Manager said no instead offered me another sandwich at a lower price. I still was not happy and that’s why I’m giving them a
