  They’re consistently never there. Just showed up to resolve an issue in the store. Hours of operation today (Saturday) say until 6 PM, but the “open” sign is off. Can’t get in touch with anyone. I can understand the coincidence of staffing shortages and an employee being out to lunch even though a sign should be posted when they’ll be back, but this has happened so frequently that I doubt that’s the case.

  Amber is amazing! She was soo helpful and very sweet, her customer service was above and beyond. No matter the issues I had with my phone She did what it took to resolve it. Very knowable. Thank you so much Amber.

  I love her! I believe she is the manager - but she always helps me change my screen protector because I suck at it! She is just super friendly and knowlegable! I won't go anywhere else. Plus prices beat any competitor!
