  The woman that works in there was not helpful at all she sent us to Walmart. She wouldn't even call other stores to find out if they had a flip phone that a customer needed to buy. I called myself to another store and they had one I drove out there and the young man was more than helpful. He sold us the flip phone and activated it for us right away. That woman needs to be fired 😤

  By far the best customer service ever. F.Y.I. I have had many different mobile phones over the last 35 years. Cricket uses ATT coverage and cost a fraction of the cost. 45 dollars unlimited everything with each additional phone costing 10 bucks a month.

  I love her! I believe she is the manager - but she always helps me change my screen protector because I suck at it! She is just super friendly and knowlegable! I won't go anywhere else. Plus prices beat any competitor!
