  Meat was cold on sandwich, guy working you could tell he clearly didn’t wanna be there and while I was waiting for my mobile order mind you 1 sandwich. Gentlemen came in and was standing looking at the menu and the worker started getting mad huffing n puffing clinching his fist. Definitely will drive to grand island from now on if I want subway. This isn’t the first time that this place has had bad customer service skills with there employees. Would not recommend going here.

  1st time ordering there and last time ordering there. Placed order on app and picked up when I got home I found there's more sauce that meat and veggies on the sandwich. I ordered shredded cheese and theres maybe 3 pieces of shredded cheese. I live 20 mins away so I can't just drive back and have it fixed. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

  We ordered through the app, which just makes it easier since we are a family of 5. We got the notification that our order was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there they said that our order was not ready and they hadn't started it yet. The gentleman told me they were working on an order that came in after ours but it should be fairly quick. That was not the case at all. It took right around 40 minutes from the time i got there, till the time I got our food. The 2 guys working were super frazzled and could tell they were both VERY overwhelmed. But as I stood there waiting one of them kept giving my and my daughter dirty looks. Which I'm not sure what that was about. Once we got our food they offered us some free cookies for the wait, which I appreciated. When we got home and everyone got their food, it was almost inedible. There was so much sauce one EVERY sandwich that they were just a mess and couldn't taste anything other than the sauces we had got on our sandwiches. Like I said we appreciated the free cookies for the inconvenience, but it did not make up for the wait nor the state the sandwiches were in. This was our first time coming to this location since we moved here, and after that I'm not sure that we will order again.

  DONT EAT HERE!! Would make 0 if I could. The employee told me they had left all the lids up all night but said he handled the issue. Then as I was eatin my sandwich I got the worst food poisoning I ever had or saw. The restaurant showed 0 care for making a customer so sick. Definitely don’t waste y’all money here

  The bread always seems dry at this location compared to other Subways, and if you order on the app your taking a 50/50 chance of it not being made correctly. The tuna subs here used to be my favorite, now they are are the worst, I don't know what is being done differently, but it tastes terrible now!
