  I got a package in the mail and I put delivery instructions to bring my package up to my door and I left the number for the door and they did not. I got hit by a car a couple years back ago riding a bike so carrying heavy objects upstairs is a no go for me I had to carry this package up a flight of stairs and almost fell and when I called to let them know what happened. They told me that there was no instructions even though I had the emails for it and it shows as active on my account for delivery instructionsI just think it’s crazy. What is the point of leaving instructions, i’m just very disappointed in FedEx. It did not feel like my needs were important to them as a customer. God forbid I do fall down the stairs doing FedEx’s jobs for them
